Who We Are

Clear Flow Services, LLC is a locally owned and operated excavation and septic contractor based in Loudon, Tennessee. Founded by Scott Mobley and his business partner Chris, Clear Flow started as a small operation and has grown into a 7-person crew serving homeowners, builders, and developers throughout East Tennessee.

The company grew out of a real need: quality excavation and septic work done by people who show up, communicate, and stand behind what they do. We built Clear Flow around those principles from day one, and they guide every project we take on.

Over the past three years, Clear Flow has taken on projects across East Tennessee ranging from shed and barn demolitions to full new construction site work packages, including clearing, grading, house pads, septic installation, and utility trenching. We're known in the region for communicating well, showing up on time, and doing quality work.

Our Story

Scott Mobley founded Clear Flow Services with a straightforward vision: build a company that treats every customer the way he'd want to be treated, with honesty, transparency, and a commitment to quality work.

Clear Flow is currently in the process of rebranding to Clear Flow TN, reflecting our deep roots in the state and our commitment to serving Tennessee homeowners and builders. The new brand maintains the same values and the same team that our customers have come to trust.

We're based at 307 Gay Street in Loudon, Tennessee, right in the heart of the community we serve. When you hire Clear Flow, you're hiring your neighbors. We live here, we work here, and we're invested in the quality of the work we do in our own community.

Our Team

Clear Flow's 7-person crew brings a combined decades of experience in excavation, septic installation, land clearing, and site work. Our team includes licensed septic installers, experienced equipment operators, and skilled laborers who take pride in their work. We invest in our team's training and equipment to ensure we can deliver the highest quality work on every project.

Our crew runs the equipment needed to handle every phase of site work, including excavators for digging, grading, and demolition, and a snow plow attachment for winter service. We maintain our equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime on your project.

Licenses & Insurance

Clear Flow Services is licensed in Tennessee and carries comprehensive general liability insurance on every project. We hold a home improvement license and a septic installation permit, and our insurance protects you as the property owner. You should never hire a contractor who can't provide proof of both.

When you hire Clear Flow, you can be confident that the work is being performed by a licensed contractor with proper insurance coverage. We're happy to provide copies of our license and insurance certificates upon request.
